IPO SCN Fall Back

I have 2 ip office version 6.1.
system A as main unit (have 30 ip ext), system B as back up unit.
i created h323 line with supplementary service : scn fall back on both of two system.
when i shutdown system A, all ip phone registered to system B, telephone can function normally, but the display BLANK.
any advise ?

If an IP Phone registers and works but does not have it's screen updated it is usually a networking issue. Something is preventing the update of the screen information from the IP Office to the phone. It is probably being blocked or discarded/dropped/lost or misdirected. If the phone behave normally when connected to the main site and the remote site is running the same version of IP Office software then there is no reason other than a network issue that they would behave this way. Hope this makes sense.
