VM Pro Service Provider is down

I have installed virtual Server Edition R10 from OVA and after some time my voice mail stopped to answer. Busy tone when call *17. SSA shows alarm "No available VM ports" and One-X Portal shows that VM Provider is not active. Voice Mail servise is in green status. Reboot does not help.

Any solution to make Voice Mail life again?

And why this could happen? I had it on twice on my lab systems.

        Thanks for reply but...

I am not able to open a ticket - this just my laboratory (demo) system.
I have another question: is it possible to remove VM Pro completely and re-install from zero? This is Linux VM Pro (I have Server Edition) . I know there is separated imge of VM Pro for Windows, but is there a separated image of VM Pro to re-install?

          vm pro down

I had this issue before when the service password for the vm pro were not the same.

You have to go into vmpro app set the password their. And then go into the manager and put the same password in. After the service has to be stopped and started and voicemail should then work.

When I had this issue people were telling me to reinstall but that is not the issue. Just seems like the easy answer.

            Resolved - the password

Yes, correct - the reson was password. But I was trying hard, I was suspecting the password and tried to change them many times and failed.

What I was doing wrong - I used Web Manager to setup VM password. There is a field in Application - VM Pro prefferences and there is a filed VM Password. My finding is - THAT FIELD DOES NOTHING AT ALL. I changed this field many times - it has no affect on the system.

Only when I used VM Pro Client AND IP OFFCIE MANAGER SECURITY SETTINGS - I managed to fix the issue.

And after I fixed, I went again to the Web Manager, to the Application, I chaged VM Password .... and nothing happened.

So, my conclusion is Web Manager does not change VM Password and this is a bug.

Correct me if I am wrong.
