Voice Recording not working for some extensions

I have Voice Recording turned on for about 15 extensions in my environment. They are all set the same way: Inbound and Outbound set to ON, Voice Recording Library used for all recordings, auto record set to External.

I now have 6 extensions that will not record at all, inbound or outbound. i have reviewed the licensing for my unit and I am not running into any exceeding licenses. I have tried to logout and log back in the user, but no luck. I also tried to turn off recording, save the config, and then turn recording back on, but that also did not work. I have not attempted to rebuild any of the extensions yet.

    Recordings are going to ContactStore.

    Ideas?

Can you provide the IP Office RLS?
VMPro on Windows or Application Server?
Screnshot of Recording from these sets?
      IP, analogue?

IP Office RLS: I apologize but are you talking about the release? If so, 8.0(51)

        VMPro on Windows 2008

Phones in question are all IP phones

I know, it is certainly not the answer you like to hear.

I would update the applications to lattest service pack of release 8.0 which is SP6.
          (IP Office 8.0 Service Pack 6 - 8.0(66))

This feature was always working for me. And I think that might fix the issue.

I will definitely consider that, I guess I was really curious why it would stop all of a sudden, and only with a subset of the extensions that are being recorded.

            Thanks for the assistance
