Alarm Call to initiate a call flow

Sorry I've been saving up my questions, I have tried looking for a solution without success.

Is it possible to initiate a callflow at a specific time. You can setup an alarm call to dial a specific extension. You can setup a shortcode to launch a specific call flow action.

You can't get an alarm call to launch a shortcode, when you try to set this up you get a message "The target does not specify a valid mailbox, Please enter a valid mailbox number"

I did consider setting up a phantom extension which forwarded to a shortcode rather than a number, not sure that would work either.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

Should point out this is IPO 500 with voicemail pro.

Well it appears I've found my own solution to this, if I create a new user extension number say 333 but select none to the create new voip/H.323 extension and then unconditionally forward this to a shortcode which in turn runs a call flow action. If I setup an alarm call to extension 333 it dials the shortcode and runs the call flow action.
