Problems Accesing Web Management PAge IPO 9.1

Hello:
I could not login using Web Management in an IPO 9.1 Basic Edition.
The login page appear not to be working without any messages.
However, I can use System Status login correctly with the same credentials.
I restarted the IPO and change the computer with the same result.

Anyone could help me?

I would update the system to the latest service pack to be sure that the software is correct.
