where and how can I see specific user's activity in my system?
The task - after installation of ACCS, the contact center software automatically creates agents in IP Office. Thet is done under ACCSSYNC user name with system password credentials.
My question is: can I somehow see (monitor) the moment when ACCSYNC user managed to login in to IP Office to make changes?
