    CCR Call Waiting issue

    Hi all,

    We're having an issue with our Avaya CCR software. The “Calls Waiting” column will randomly report calls coming in, when we have agents available and don’t actually have any calls coming in. I have checked the System Status and cannot see any active lines while this happens. It will also go away, and come back quite randomly.

    We recently did a bunch of patching on our servers running the software so I'm thinking this may have had an effect. Unfortunately it was too long ago to rollback these updates. I did notice that our SQL 2008 server hasn't been patched up to the latest service pack, so I'm thinking I could give that ago. We have already tried the obvious options such as server reboots. We have also running the repair of the software, but still with no luck.

    We are running IP Office Customer Call Reporter 9.0.5.0 Build 2.

    Any thoughts or suggestions on how to resolve would be great.
