    Block the internal

    I’m asking about how to block internal calls, I mean if you have two extensions internally want one of them call but the other not able.
    I tried the feature Barr but it’s not working I think it match the internal extensions first.
    Is there is any solution, I can do it very easy by CM with COR

    Why? It is difficult but there are some options but they really depend on knowing what types of phones are involved and what the scenario is.

      I’ve managed and secretaries I’d like the manager to call the others but no one can call him.
      I’m using 9650

        Two options:

        - Set the manager's extension to DND and a forward on busy set to their secretary. Put the secretary in the manager's DND exceptions list.

          Ok but I need the others hear busy tone. And the manager can disable DND
          IS THERE any other recommendation

            Then try call forward unconditional to the secretary.

            You can deny a user access to DND controls (User | Telephony TUI | Advanced Call Functions) (or the sneaky association with a set of user rights that has DND on).

              Can I control some of the users can call the managers and the others can't but with forward. I mean can I use the forward depend on the calling no

                The ultimate control is for the manager to manage. If staff who shouldn't call direct are, manage the staff and not the telephone system.

                    Shortcodes, including barred codes, don't override the dialing of internal extension numbers.
