Avaya IPO integration with saleforce LIghting

I am Facing issue in integration of avaya IPO with Saleforce Lighting .

Hardware:
IPO 500v2 in R 10.0.0.5
Application server in R 10.0.0.5
Avaya web communicator
saleforce lighting


My plugin not coming on Saleforce
please provide any suggestion

Hey there.. Facing the same issue. Its working in classic Mode but when i am switching to lighting mode its not showing there.
