We have recently purchased an Avaya H175 phone to use with an IP Office v500 (9.1.4.0 build 137) . I upgraded the phone firmware to 1.2 but I am getting an error like "lost connection to sip server" in phone.
I have a valid sip license and i create extension and user as a third party sip phone.
What else i need to do to get this up please assist.
