Missing Telephone & Fax Icons in Call Pilot Messaging for Outlook

I have installed Call Pilot Desktop Messaging 5.00.41 on nine computers for use with a BCM50 and Outlook 2007. Three of the machines show incoming voice or fax messaging using the telephone and fax icons within the Call Pilot Messaging inbox as shown in documentation. The other six machines show the incoming messages as Outlook envelopes with attachments within the Call Pilot Messaging inbox. I cannot find any differences between the installs. Does anybody know a setting or option which I could use on the six machines so the telephone and fax icons will appear instead of the envelopes? Thanks for any insight or suggestions.

Please check the setting in the outlook > tools > Callpilot desktop messagin > configuration > mail, and make sure "use Callpilot form" has been selected. Thanks!
