Avaya Mobile Application license

We are using Avaya (Ver 9.0.9) with ADI license. I need allow few users to connect through their mobile phone (by using vpn) to make calls through Avaya system.
I know power user license required for this, any other license required for this..?

Please let me know what all license's required or any other application available to make this.
