    Primary telephone carrier?

We have the IP Office Intuity product. We're contemplating switching our primary telephone carrier from AT&T to Spectrum. Will this make any difference to the IP Office Inuity system?

IP Office is your phone system

Intuity is the mode that the Voicemail is running in (the other option is IP Office mode. Intuity mode is most similar to Avaya Partner and Avaya Legend, and is popular in the US. IP Office mode seems to be more popular in Europe)

Is your IP Office telephone system running in Basic, Essential, or Preferred edition?
What cards do you have in your IP Office control unit?

Is AT&T providing you with simple Loop Start lines, a PRI, or a SIP trunk?

What service is Spectrum proposing to replace AT&T?

There may be nothing to do other than pull out the cords connected to AT&T and plug into Spectrum instead. Or you may need reprogramming of your IP Office telephone system.

You should really get in touch with a local Avaya business partner to handle this for you.
