I have a Avaya controller (AV9130L1500R-XL2U with 3 battery packs stacked underneath (AV9130N1500R-EBM2U) i have an" Alarm 191 battery test fail open cell voltage" which indicates one of the 3 batteries needs replaced...My question: is there a way of determining which battery pack is bad?
