J129 conference with more than 3 participants

Good Morning,
¿how can we achive an ad-hoc conference that use the IPOffice resources instead the J129 phones?
we have IPO 10.1 Server Edition and two IPO500, but we are limited in our conferences because the J129 only drive three participants.
