Looking for a bit of application help please.
I am a member of two hunt groups, but they do not show in the Agent Control window in OneX portal and therefore I cannot log myself in or out of those hunt groups.
When I first started to experiment I showed as being member of both hunt groups, but now It says Agent is not part of any hunt group.
If I go back and look at the config there I am as member of two hunt groups and if you call the HG my phone rings.
