I'm having problems with collect call, i'm already raise and lower the BCC and the problems continue.

Ipo block calls

I am not sure I understand the question/issue. I assume you want to refuse a collect call. If that is the case you could send all calls to the voicemail to play a phrase that states you will not accept collect calls before you transfer the call to the appropriate destination.
