    Incoming Call Counter

    Hi

    What I have:
    Avaya IP Office 500 8.1 and Voice Mail Pro.
    One of the external numbers in Incoming Call Route routed to VM:Module directly. So person calling to that external number is listening to the prerecorded message and can leave his voice message to us.

    What I need:
    to know the total number of people called on that external number.
    Some people doesn't leave a Voice message, so to know just the number of Voice messages left is not enough.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Build your VM module with a counter that increments with each call received, and another module to read back the current value at the end of the day, with an option to reset it back to zero for the next day.

      Do you mean to use "Increment and Test Counter" in "Condition Actions" ?
      Sorry for many questions, my Avaya skills are not strong yet.
