I am facing an issue with Avaya IPO 500 from past two days, we have a h323 trunk connection between IPO500 and Cisco call manager. Once side voice not hearing(avaya to cisco) after picking up people can't hear.The connection is over a IPSec VPN I have checked VPN connectivity it looks fine.
After that, I went to sys monitor and checked h323 logs I can see missing packets in the logs, can you please someone have a look and help me to resolve.
