Avaya Contact Recorder unable to access by URL

Dear All,
Greetings..!!!

Hardware :
(1) Avaya IP Office Primary server
(2) IPO 500 V2

Version : 9.1.12

Issue: I am not able to access the Avaya Contact Recorder by URL
Error : Getting 404 HTTP not found .

I have done following troubleshooting:
(1) Check from Different Browser
(2) Connect the laptop Directly to server by LAN 2 port
(3)Server is reachable
(4) Restart the service of contact Recorder
(5)Port is open on Customer Network
(6) Port is 9444 (Customized )


But still same issue

9444 is the port for https access. What happens if you try http on port 9888?
