Multiple DID still going to Pilot number

    Hi All,

We are having issue in configuring our SIP Trunk in IPO 500v2 version 10.0.
When ever we are dialing numbers of DID, the call still going to the main number even we have try number of URI and define numbers of Incoming Call Route to some of the DID. Our latest configuration are as below.

    SIP Trunk line 17
    Local URI: Auto
    Contact: Auto
    Display Name: Auto
    Identity: Auto
    Header: PAI
    Send Caller ID: None
    Diversion Header: None
    Credential: None
    Incoming group: 17

    Incoming Call Route
    Line Group ID: 17
    Incoming number: 30991XXX
    Destination: #

Run Monitor and System Status to confirm exactly the digits being received inbound. If there are extra digits, it won't match your ICR entry and either be rejected, or follow the default blank route if you have one.

For instance, here in the US, when switching to most SIP providers from traditional PRI, we have to modify the ICR numbers from NPA-NXX-XXXX to 1-NPA-NXX-XXXX (and of course the dashes are only for clarity, not included in the actual telephone number)

      Hi,

We manage to solve it by changing the "Call Routing Method" in the SIP Advance to "To Header" and use Auto for Local URI, Contact, Display Name and the identity to Internal Data. Call able to route to individual DID successfully.
