We make upgrade to ipoffice from release 8 to release 10.1 and make migration of ip office customer call reporter (ccr) to ip office contact center(ipocc) after upgrading all feature work good and contact center work good the problem is that voice mail pro which including in avaya application server R10.1 doesn't able to communicate with ipoffice and so there is no voicemail features are work and recording feature doesn't work also
