Ip office 9.1 with vmpro conf mm

Conference bridge users are complaining about muffled audio during calls,they only have a pri on the system.....anything we can check in configuration?

that may be a ussing problem .
all the member of conf call should on mute rather than the speaker.

also, additional gain on the pri channels was detrimental to functionality of dtmf tones
