IP Office Status

I have two IP Office systems that I can't clear alarms from the system status app.

If the alarms are shown in red then they relate to things which are still a problem. They can be cleared because the alarm condition would still apply and so the alarm would come back immediately anyway.

Alarms that aren't red can be cleared as they relate to things that happened but are not in the past.

I P Office status

The alarms are in black. No caller ID, logon failed incorrect password. Minor alarms. Both system that fail to clear alarms are 9.0.3.16. I can clear all alarms in IPO 9.0.4.0.

Clear all button is there but nothing gets cleared
