Isdn pri issue

Dears,

Would you please advise about this pri issue:

We have ip office 500 release 10.1
It has e1 pri configured
The pri link is connected to ip office like the following:
Provider ONT to Multi Access router unit to ip office 500

The multi access router is called "one access 700", and it is
Available on below link:

The issue is:

Suddenly the pri link is having an issue that I can call outside, and
The other party can hear me, but I can't hear anything even the ring back.
The issue is getting resolved every time after
Restarting the one access router.

Is it an issue in the one access router, or somebody
Had such behaviour from ip office side.

Please advise, and your fast response is highly appreciated.
