    IP Office - ICR Tag

    Hi All,

    We have recently moved from a CS1K to an IPO but currently having an issue with the incoming call route tagging.

    The tagging works as expected normally, on the phone it shows the Tag text on an incoming call. The issue is when the caller's ID is withheld, instead of the tag displaying on the phone it displays the word "ANONYMOUS" . Is there any way to remove this so it shows the tag still on withheld calls?

    Maybe worth noting we use ISDN into IP500's

    Have a look at the System | Telephony | Default Name Priority setting and see if changing it makes any difference.
