    Transfer to external number disconnecting

    IP Office 10.1

    Hello all!

    An external call comes in and I answer it. Talk to the person and they want to be transferred to someone's cell phone. I hit transfer - dial the number - phone rings - answers - I talk to the person and tell them who will be on the line when I hang up - they say OK - I hang up - (This is the spot the call should get transferred - It doesn't call just hangs up on both parties)

    I have looked in all the places inhibit off switch transfers could be set and they are all set to allow the transfer.

    This works at every other location I have tested. Nothing that I can think of is different from site to site and this company has 20 sites all set the same way.

    Any thoughts?
