May I use the Google NTP server address 216.239.35.0 as the SNTP in IPO500V2 since our customer used the embed vm?

If the release is high enough (8.1 or higher), configure DNS and use
0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org in the Server Address field

Avaya themselves also have public NTP servers available.
