Equinox for IPO using ASBCE

Able to register the Equinox using TLS via ASBCE to IPO. Inside LAN using local IP address, all the features are working fine.Having trouble in getting the presence and contacts for equinox client connected via external network. The suggested ports are added in DMZ relay service.

Any suggestions is much appreciated.

What's the Presence server? oneX Portal?

Presence and contact searching is done via port 443.

Check if this port is fwd on your firewall.

Hi Janar3, you need allow port 411 TCP on customer firewall for presence to work fine. Here in our customer we allow all ports presented on matrix document, but we need to allow this port 411 for this service.
