    Unable to reconnect to the one-x-portal after Hot Desking

    After upgrading IP500v2 to R11.0.0.2.0 build 23

    Hot Desk Users are unable to reconnect to the one-x-portal after logoff and login.
    Even using the option “Login to Phone” on web interface is not working.

    After rebooting the One-x-portal service via web control the users are able to reconnect.
    once they logoff they are no longer able to reconnect. every time over.

    worked fine before upgrading
