External Web Rele HTTP call from J100 series phone

Hi,
I have to make a http call from a j100 series phone to an external web relay.
For example http://x.x.x.x/toggle_single/8
How can i program a phone button to make this function?
Otherwise, is there another way to do this?

I don't know of any Avaya deskphone capable of web relay calling.
