When receiving calls from cellphones the name of the caller does not appear on the phone, only the phone number. However, the name of the caller appears when getting calls from landlines.
We have a document (CSV file) that associates cell numbers with the name of the individual from our old VOIP system.
I'm wondering if there's a way to program these associations in Manager so the call display will show the name of the individual rather than the phone number.
PS we have analog lines coming in to the PBX.
