Access to support site via iPad

    Access to support site via iPad

    I have not had much joy accessing and searching the site via iPad.

    1. Login via support.avaya.com. It shows your full password when you have typed it in.

    2. Searching. It doesn't. After entering something to search for it just sits there.

    Thanks - I am entering a few tickets for our IT group on both of these items. While we are still working a fully mobile-enabled site, the site should function correctly. Thanks again for your comments!

      Hi Paul,

      Can you clarify what version of Apple OS you have on your iPad? I'm asking because on certain versions of iPhones and iPads, this isn’t' happening. We are following up from the ticket with our IT group.
