    Can anyone tell me how to tranfer call from a Avaya 18D to another number

    Finding PARTNER admin info

    You can find this easily on support.avaya.com:
    1. Click on Products at top of website
    2. Start typing Partner in Product field. The auto-suggest list will recommend Partner Telephones. Select this.
    3. The Partner Telephones product page will open.
    4. In Troubleshoot by Problem, type "transfer call" in problem description.
    5. Several documents will display that have these key words in them. Select one that best meets your needs.
    I am not sure what version of the Partner telephone you have. But by following the steps above, I found several Quick Reference cards and manuals that provide steps to transfer a call. Here is one example: http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100011101
