Two bugs
Browse to support.avaya.com
login with my username and password
result comes back with Username or password incorrect....
.
(Bug 1)Cant see it?.....red text on charcoal background - not a best choice colour combination for a warning message......
nope, it's correct.....
try again, same result.....
Let's try logging into ESPL
Get the standard SSO login page
login with my username and password (same ones used above)
NOW I get the "your password is expiring and needs to be changed dialogue"
enter old pwd and new pwd and confirm.......
Let's prove that this was the issue.....
Go back to support.avaya.com and use new credentials
Now I can log into support.avaya.com.....
(Bug 2) Outcome - support.avaya.com does not appear support the change password dialogue and provides an incorrect message to the user, indicating their username or password are incorrect, when this is not the case.
Suggest it should redirect the user to the change password page and not confuse the user with an erroneous message....
Screen snaps on request if you need them....
