I have been using the support.avaya.com website to manage service requests as recently as 2 weeks ago. When I checked in on the site yesterday though, it noted that no Sold To numbers are associated with my account and I could not work within the Service Request area.
Today, I no longer get that message, but I still cannot create or view service requests.
I have checked my profile and see that the default Sold To is correct and I have many Sold To numbers in my profile.
Has anyone else seen an issue like this? I have tried this on Firefox and IE9. Note that I also no longer get the pop up for the Chat support.
