gives page not found

I don't think this is a broken link, although I agree the message you are receiving is unclear and misleading. When I log in as a Customer (the URL you list specifies ENTITLED_CUSTOMER, so it would only be available to users registered as Avaya Customers to a SoldTo), the document opens for me. Are you registered as a Customer and logged in?

If so, and you still cannot access, can you send an email to [email protected] (attention: Maggie) with your user name or ID, so we can investigate further? It might just be an issue with your specific access rights.
