    Cannot download anything

    Hey guys,

    Trying to download a file from your website, keep getting HTTP Error 403.2 - Forbidden: Read access is denied errors. Can you please assist?

    On second thoughts, I can see a heap of people who appear to be having the same trouble as me. I did need this software urgently, Ill just use a different SIP client considering how many people are having troubles just DOWNLOADING something from Avaya.

      I am sorry you are experiencing difficulty downloading. The error you are receiving seems to indicate that you might not have the proper access rights or have not logged in.
      .
      If this is not the case, would you please send an email to [email protected] with your username, Sold-To, and the software that you are trying to download, so that we may assist you further.
