Authorized Avaya Partners can look up the list of Sold To accounts associated with their Link ID by
accessing the Business Partner Sold To Lookup tool at:
    https://support.avaya.com/support/bpLookup.action .
Note: Make sure that you’re logged in the Support page, before accessing this link.

It appears you are still not listening to Posts correctly.
When new Contracts are raised on what was the Nortel Portfolio you (Avaya) still raise them with a Site ID and not a Sold To. We use the Lookup tool to convert the Site ID to a Sold To and without this we can't. It has nothing to do with looking up what Sold To's are assigned to the Link ID.

        Almon,

        • If you are re-signing your maintenance contract, the Sold-To information should be provided to you in the contract.

        • If you are trying to create a Service Request (https://support.avaya.com/service-re...rticket.action), you can create a Service Request using your Nortel Serial Number or Nortel Site ID, and the online system will automatically convert the Site ID to the Avaya Sold-To.

        • If you are trying to register to use the Avaya Support Site (https://sso.avaya.com), you can select Legacy Site ID in the ID Type field and after entering your Site ID, the online system will automatically convert the Site ID to the Avaya Sold-To.

        • Or, for random lookups, use the fields in the Service Request or Registration forms (described above) to translate the Nortel Site ID to the Avaya Sold-To.

We removed the lookup tool because we replaced this step in all online forms to accept your Nortel Site ID and automatically translate for you, without you having to look them up and enter manually. Is there still a place that you are required to enter a Sold-To online that I am missing?
