Unable to Disable Service Request Alerts

I work for a Business Partner and recently we started receiving Service Request Notifications, approximately 10-15 a day from Avaya. To date these have always been for accounts I have never worked on and should not be associated with.

Per the instructions within the notification, I have been forwarding the emails back to [email protected] with a subject line XUI OPT-OUT, however this does not appear to remove me from the notifications.

When I log into the Support Site and I go to Service Request Alerts => My Alerts, there are no Alerts shown for my login ID.

This is happening across my company and we're looking for the solution to disable these notifications globally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
