Can't Find Product Documents in russian

I can't find documents in russian language in the support.avaya.com. (For Example: IP Office, 16xx Terminals and etc).

Previously, these documents were here.

Can you fix this

Good luck. They are there (certainly for IP Office). But the wonderful new look version of the site decided that the old feature of grouping documents by language was not needed by anyone. In fact they decided to not even list the language. So sadly if its not included as part of the document title you have to guess which of the 9 versions of the Release 8.1 one-X Portal for IP Office user guides is the Russian one - all good fun from Avaya.
