Dear Sir,
I have installed IP Telephone system and using Avaya Communication Manager Ver. 5.2 a.
Due to a power failure problem in the building, the server went down and when we restored the electricity back, I tried to log in by the username and password but am getting an error message which says WRONG USERNAME OR PASSWORD.
The system is working fine but am not able to log in and do any modifications.
Can someone help me please?
