    Routing Table?

    Hello, I am using Integrated Management Site Admin 4.0.12.
    I see #s coming in with a 5-digit DNIS that appear to go to a 4-digit extension (matching).
    (Ex: 84001 goes to 4001)
    The dial plan = 5 digits. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where this might be programmed? The Routing Table does not address this.

    Yes I have suggestion for you .,You can do it in the Incoming call treatment of the Trunk.

    Steps are

    display inc-call-handling-trmt trunk-group 11 Page 1 of 3
    INCOMING CALL HANDLING TREATMENT
    Service/ Called Called Del Insert Per Call Night
    Feature Len Number CPN/BN Serv
    public-ntwrk 7 6191000 7 5000
    public-ntwrk 7 all 5000



    You should enter these details in the Trunk from which your calls are landing.
