1.We use Avaya IP Office 500V2 at our work place. But unfortunately, we have no documents for it at our disposal (the only thing I can mention about it is Avaya ID or SN Control unit). Would you be so kind to say how I can get full technical support (where exactly can I get “Sold To Number”)
2.There is something else I’d like to find out. We are using SW 6.0(18) at the moment. Can I update it up to 7.0(36) without using extra licences?
