I can't access any of the download links.

ftp.avaya.com is inaccessible.

I tried both of the following links to no avail:

ftp://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9...ADS/j/jdm/6.x/

http://ftp.avaya.com/incoming/Up1cku9/tsoweb/ADS/j/jdm/6.x/

I'm trying to download the latest version of Java Device Manager as well as Enterprise Switch Manager.

I also tried acccessing ftp.avaya.com with an FTP client using both port 21 and port 80 to no avail.

Is there a change that needs to be made in the URL?

No changes need to be made to the URL. When this has happened in the past it means your companies IT needs to allow access to Avaya's FTP server. They currently have it disallowed and need to open the access.Please contact your internal IT department and request they open access to the Avaya FTP server (ftp.avaya.com).
