Support on your web site is non existent . Click to chat doesn't work , unable to pull any documentation from the site or software downloads. Have opened tickets on my access on May 8th also opened a SR ticket with not being able to log into a system and request support. To date no reply on any tickets or queries.
As best I can tell you are making it easy for me to start recommending Cisco system be installed at our locations and removing the 44 Nortel/ Avaya system.
And that hurts after spending 32 years with Nortel / Avaya to start to recommend Cisco as a better product.
