I used to be able to use the site and did it frequently. Now when I try to login the site and hit enter nothing happens. No service requests and I know there are some! Can't make updates to existing service requests or even find most of my sold to numbers, It has become so frustrating that I don't try anymore. I called a ticket in and the tech says I should give feedback, when I tried to give feedback the webpage asks for the country and I enter United States and it opens another window with the same drop down to select the country!
