When I login in to view active service requests I am unable to see any service requests under our SoldTo's.
What I do see is service requests that are not associated with any of our SoldTo's.
I have tried several times to resolve this issue by phone and email, each time I get bounced around and then told the issue is fixed.
Who do I need to contact directly to resolve this issue?
Do I need to have my login deleted and then recreated to fix this?
Any help in this matter would greatly be appreciated.
