    Avaya Website auto fill

    After I log into the Avaya site, I go to documents/downloads and when I start typing in my product, it doesn’t automatically start finding possible choices for me to select like it used to. If I just enter in IP Office and hit enter, nothing happens. Is there a setting on my internet explorer that is blocking this from happening?

    You can try to clear your cache, delete cookies, and temporary internet files within your browser. It could also be a compatibility issue with your browser, if you are using IE10, this browser is not yet supported.
