    Document Library issue

I see there is an option to download "Document Libraries" for specific products. This is a nice option instead of just downloading one document.

I downloaded the Avaya Aura Messaging 6.0 library and, after extracting the contents of the .ZIP file, I see there's an autorun.exe file which allows me to browse the documentation. Cool! No problem here.

However, after downloading the AAM 6.1 and AAM 6.2 libraries, I don't have that same autorun.exe file to browse these libraries. Not good!

Are these library files broken? Is there a workaround or trick to browsing these libraries?

Hi - Thank you for your feedback regarding the library availability for the AAM product.

I have forwarded your suggestion on to our Global Information Team and expect to hear back from them soon. We should be able to provide this information within a library format within the next couple of weeks.

If you have any further questions/comments, please feel free to email me directly at [email protected], or continue to post your feedback in this forum.

    Best Regards,
    Natallee

Thanks. I found these libraries already but after extracting them, I could not find the .EXE file to search the library as I was able to with the 6.0 library.
